Crinklet pieces are handmade and packed by hand in Markham, Ontario, Canada. We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Processing time
Most orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. During launches, holidays and busy periods, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be made and shipped. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

The free-shipping threshold is based on your order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote and rural addresses may take longer.
Duties and taxes
Canada: applicable GST/HST/PST is added at checkout.
United States: orders ship from Canada. Prices do not include any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be charged on delivery; these are the responsibility of the customer. Most small orders are not charged duties, but we cannot guarantee this.
Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at support@crinklet.com; we can update it only if the order has not shipped yet. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not picked up, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at your cost.
We can ship to P.O. boxes in Canada and the United States.
Damaged or missing packages
Cracks in the crunchy coating are normal and expected. If a piece arrives torn, leaking, crushed out of shape, missing or wrong, email support@crinklet.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, email us with your order number. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Countries we do not ship to yet
We are not shipping outside Canada and the United States at the moment. We hope to add more countries soon.
